I have missed blogging and baking. I am going to try and do better but it is hard when I am the only one eating the stuff ;) I made the girls banana chocolate chip pancakes the other day and they were surprisingly not a big hit. For one reason the girls don't like banana's and the batter was weird not fluffy. I decided to post this fail because I took the lazy way out and pureed a banana into a mix. Next time I would cut down on the liquid I put in because the banana is liquidy...I really should have thought of that. So try it out and give me your opinions. Measure out the banana and the cut down the milk/water by as much.
